Hi, my name is Kent. I am behind the ideas set forth in the policies for the E-Party. I am drawn to politics through a natural consequence of the experiences I have had and the knowledge I have gained in life.

I have been married and divorced and have two teenage children who are in my care. I live in Havelock North in Hawkes Bay, New Zealand. My work experience is varied and includes farming, silviculture, real estate development, educational administration, teaching, computing and hospitality management. I have a Bachelor of Arts from Massey University with a major in Psychology and a Certificate in Business Computing from Hawkes Bay Polytechnic. I am working towards an MA in Psychology.

I am in the process of launching a career as a musician, having spent the last decade or so developing a voice and guitar style. I have also been developing an Emotional Fitness Programme and setting up a centre for people to access information and training in other similar programmes.

At present the E-Party is little more than an idea. Now that it is on the internet it is an idea that is accessible to anybody and everybody. The E-Party web site is a document that will constantly change, in reflection of the people who are involved in it, the development of ideas, changes in society, and changes in the issues that are considered most pressing at any given time. The issues the E-Party deals with are not restricted to New Zealand and are relevant to all nations. The E-Party is focused on global solutions to global issues. This is especially important in a world in which the events in one country are increasingly affecting people in all countries.
